Yes, I'm a visual. I think pictographically--pornographically? I eat with my eyes, my nose...all of my senses. I even eat with my ears. Do I eat out? I haven't been eating out enough lately. Presentation to even only one's self makes a huge difference, even if it's coming out of a box or a package or plastic, etc. If I'm going to let it enter my body through the orfice that is my mouth, it must live (?) up to certain standards, certain ethics. Enough. It just has to look good, or at least interesting...I like to play with my food, that's why I bother to prepare it. My carrots have got to have that yang!!! I'll stop babbling, but yes,yes, yes!!! I've got to eat with my eyes...it has to keep me coming back, cooking (not with gas!) it has to have that "WHEN HARRY MET SALLY" deli scene effect, i.e. "I'll have what she's having" (just hold the PICKLE, s.v.p.)
Incidentally, I've got eyes that sometimes "popeye" out. You, dear Shannon, are highly visceral. You crack me up.
