Hi All - feeling better today (Tues) but yesterday I was still under the weather. Here's what I ate:
Monday: Breakfast - Soy milk w/fiber, chocolate muffin (NOT my fault, my mom made them!! JK) In retrospect, a bad idea. snack - UFO beverage Lunch - Turkey on WW burger bun w/"cheese" and mustard. Cherry coke (UFO) to settle sour stomach. Snack - unseetened applesauce Dinner - Chicken, green bean, and new potato salad from Heather's book. Yuuuuuuum. Tropical fruit salad (mango, papaya, pinapple, banana) double yuuuuuuum. Apparently my family thought so too However, after this I may have to have a word w/my dad and bro re: portion control!!! (also had 1.5 slices of sourdough) dessert - half sugar cookie from Whole foods -yuuuuum again. Although not the best idea for a sick tummy.
Excercise - skipped normal gym workout and just walked dog ~15 min.
