Lucky you for not having severe IBS. Mine is pretty darn bad, so I do Heather's diet strictly. I still have no relief though.
So if you can eat yogurt and cake and a frosty, more power to you! Want to change symptoms? I just won't be using this board as sample of what is safe to eat! I would be in bigger trouble, symptom wise!
