Since this board is about gaining/losing weight I think we have always considered it more about accountability for calories and fat and less about as a model for others. That's why it's separated off from the Diet for IBS board. Maybe we'll have to think about the possibility of people wanting to use it that way... And yeah, I eat a lot of soy for protein. It doesn't bother me at all. I can eat a lot of cooked veggies, usually once you cook them they don't bother people who are stable (though you have to figure out which ones will always be triggers).
