Thanks for the welcome. My IBS isn't as bad as many I read about here. Heck, I had a pork chop for dinner and it's sitting just fine! (I'm just having a bad month with milk.)
As with everything else in weight loss AND IBS, it's one of those "what works for one may not work for another". But I think it's important to keep an open mind and give things a chance.
