When I make *any* recipe, I add up the info for all the ingredients and then divide by how much it makes. For example, if a whole recipe is 2000 calories and I want it to make 8 "servings" (I have a digital scale so I often weigh my food or else I measure it out), I just divide by 8. If you wanted it to make half-cup servings, divide by however many it makes.
