Hello, my post workout shake is:

low fat milk
1 banana
handfull of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop rice protein powder
1 teaspoon creatine (acts with protein)
1 teaspoon sol. fibre

Tastes great, quick to make and having had it you are less likely to overeat that nutricious meal you can now prepare at leisure without feeling hungry.
