I am still wanting to eat like a horse....I think I need to discover some low cal things that really fill me up to snack on! Im glad Im writing it down on here its making me aware of what I eat as oppposed to just demolishing a whole pack of rich tea biscuits without realising! So... Breakfast - Toast and Peanut butter 200 - Tasty bar 155 Lunch - Bread roll 150 - Easy bar 140 Snacks - Apple Bake bar - 123 - Apple 70 Dinner - Baked potato and tuna and mayo 350 - Fruit puree 50 - Cranberry juice 100 Snacks - M&S count on us brownie bar(not IBS Safe but low fat low cal...naughty naughty) 74 -Handful cereal - 120 - 4 crackers - 80 Total so far = 1692(good) Late nite naughtiness....bread roll with P.B and another apple bake bar total -373 So total by the time I went to bed at 3am = 2065 Not too bad....will try doing better tomorrow and exercise! -------------------- Natalie Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
