I've been all over the Message Boards, but I cannot figure out when I'm answered, if I'm answered at all. I mark "My Favorites," but I don't know how to find those! I enter it in search and I don't land on them.
How do you find your note and ensuing answers, please? Anyone? In another place I mentioned that boards I use other places send an automatic e-mail when my notes are answered which is so cool. Here I really am utterly lost despite studying and reading and looking and searching! I'm sick right now so answers would be very helpful. I have to get unsick and fast! The longer I go with how I am the longer I'll go with it (if anything like the past). I have Heather's book, and I follow that, but this time I'm off food just to stay comfy. The soluble fibers seem to act like food, but I tried a little dose this morning again as a test.
