I'm currently searching for several articles I found that promote this, so I'll post them when I find them. My sister is 15. She and I have the same body types, which means we are naturally average, but definitely can gain weight easily. She doesn't count calories and doesn't overindulge, but she'll have dessert when she eats out. I admire her healthy attitude about food. Just for kicks, I added up her calories for a day and she eats over 2500.
