Exercise: 35 minutes heavy treadmill AM and weights and ball exercises PM (I watch Jeopardy while I exercise in PM. Anyone a Jeopardy fan?) nope, can't say that I even know that time it's on... Don't have the energy to add up the cals. I am sure it is fine. Since I had D today I might get a good reading on the scale tomorrow- that is awful! be sure you get LOTS of water when you have D...and potassium... Let you know.
