Casey- my BMR on your calculations is : BMR: 1375.36 and BMR plus lifestyle: 2063 From fitday.com its BMR: 1398 Plus lifestyle (908- seated work some movement) is 2306 I am pretty active during the day, even though I have a desk job I rarely sit for more than 15 minute stretches without getting up to go to the printer/photocopier etc..I REALLY don't think I can survive on 1563 calories a day so I am going to stick with the other one!
