Sunday's report       03/20/05 02:53 PM Edit Reply Quote cailin Reged: 08/12/04 Posts: 3563 Loc: Dublin, Ireland Breakfast: Rice Krispies with sweetened soy milk Snack: small banana Lunch: Tuna mayo roll with tomato and corn Drink: Apple raspberry juice Dinner: couscous with tomato and olive stir in sauce Dessert: fruit babyfood Snack: 2 slices of lemon cake (its nearly all gone,thankfully!) Total Calories consumed: 1850 Activities: 1.5 hours spent doing HEAVY housework- washed windows and doors, cleaned out closet etc; 35 minute walk at brisk pace= total burned: 334 BMR 2320 plus 334 activities= 2654-500(weight loss)= budget of 2154. I consumed 1850 so I am under budget by 304. Another day of only giving into temptation when it really matters. Tomorrow is my WEIGH IN DAY. I am thinking of going to the gym after work too, but will see how I am feeling, I am REALLY tired at the moment, so I might walk home instead. -------------------- S.
