B: the usual but with less sugar: 435 cals snack: banana and luna: 280 first lunch: fruit "salad", banana, strawberries, orange and canned pears poured on top: 360 or so second lunch( after a nap!): rice and carrots 250 1 ADB 125? dinner: kung pao chicken and rice and broc. 320? did crunches and ball work and house cleaning but today is my day off of exercise. water: plenty total cals 1770-1800. Tomorrow is weigh in day! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
