Drinks: 4 mugs teeccino w/ stevia & nondairy creamer, 1 glass water = 70oz so far Your just on a roll with this everyday this week so far I think! 
Food & drinks total: 1659
Fruits & veggies: peaches, banana, veggies in the omelet, potatoes (=4), curry (=2)... 9! wow! Yippie!! 
(a serving of veggies/fruits = 1/2 cup chopped)
Activity:
shoveling snow, laundry: -421 GREAT JOB!!
I know my calories are low today, for how much I did, but I'm really full! I might have some more toast and jam later, depends how late I manage to stay awake. I'm exhausted from shoveling.
