Help! I need to gain weight!       03/09/05 12:27 AM Edit Reply Quote Johanne Reged: 12/20/04 Posts: 7 Loc: Leysin, Vaud Switzerland Hi fellow members. I am newly diagnosed with IBS (2 1/2 months)and have lost 12 pounds over all the tests and starting the new diet. I was already slim at 130 and now rock bottom is 118...way to low for 5 ft 6". None of my clothes fit, particularly bottom half and I don't know what to do. I have been really low on energy too. Anyone with suggestions? Would be so grateful. Thanks, Johanne.
