Good Morning to all of my fellow sufferer's. I just wanted to do a better job of introducing myself to all of you. I am Thumper and work at a natural health food store and would like to be used by any of you with questions I might be able to help you all with. If I don't know the answer I surely will look into it and post it when I do find something that might help. I have suffered with chronic-severe IBS-D for over 4 years and I understand how individual it is for everyone but I would like to help if I can even in a small way.
