My oldest daughter was born there in 1997. We were there for the record breaker of....100 straight days of rain!! We lived there for 3 1/2 years before moving to Hawaii. We loved the fishing, crabbing, clamming - on base. Used to get flowers at the Market all the time. I had all my teeth redone (long story) by my favorite dentist out there in Paulsbo.
