I made it to the gym twice this weekend! that is great! Then I stepped on the scale this morning to see if I'd lost any weight and I hadn't. It's been 4 days so I figured if I was supposed to lose 2 pounds a week that I'd lose one in the four days. I was discouraged. Wish I hadn't gotten on the darn scale. was it the same time of day and were you wearing the same type of clothing as the last time you weighed yourself? I only weigh in once a week for that very reason. You might even be gaining muscle which weighs more.....give yourself a few more days or even a week and then look again. Good luck Alicia!
