Oh, me too....that is hard to get enough in all the time I wanted to get one of those big water bottles to carry around with me to make it easier to drink water at school. Adrian also got me an exercise DVD for Valentine's Day (romantic, I know. hee hee) that is called 10 minute solution, and it has 10 minutes on each muscle group so you can either just do one a day, or mix and match what muscle groups you want to work so I am going to try and do that most days. What a great guy....he listened to your needed (wants, desires) So I weighed myself today and will be Weighing In on Fridays now 'cause it seems to make more sense. If I can lose 5 lbs a month for the next 3 months, I can lose 15 lbs by May when I go to Mexico.. does that sound reasonable? Aim for 2 pounds per week to keep it off and do it healthy.....so in other words YES... you can drop 15 in 3 months. Just watch your calories in calories out!!
