I'm lossing about 1.6lbs a week and it's working great for me. that is OUTSTANDING!!
I should be at about 245 on April 30.
my firt two goals are
1 250 by April 7 <-- I thought this a good round number, plus I plan to shave my head and wanted to be at a good weight so it looks halfway decent. hehehe
2 238 by June 2. <-- this being a 100 lbs in all. WOW...mouth dropping in AAwwwwww.....
