Good work!
I'm lossing about 1.6lbs a week and it's working great for me.
I should be at about 245 on April 30.
my firt two goals are
1 250 by April 7 <-- I thought this a good round number, plus I plan to shave my head and wanted to be at a good weight so it looks halfway decent.
2 238 by June 2. <-- this being a 100 lbs in all.

Luther....you, like Shell are an inspiration to all of us fighting the "battle of the bulge". I'm so glad you posted here. It tells other that if you can do it, they can too!!
