I haven't read all the treads you've posted, I'm a slow reader and this isn't my computer, so I'll post here
Good work! I'm lossing about 1.6lbs a week and it's working great for me.
I should be at about 245 on April 30.
my firt two goals are
1 250 by April 7 <-- I thought this a good round number, plus I plan to shave my head and wanted to be at a good weight so it looks halfway decent.
2 238 by June 2. <-- this being a 100 lbs in all.
When it come to being able to look back and see how far you've come I thank Jackie Gleson said it best, "How Sweet it is"
