breakfast: toasted plain bagel with pumpkin butter At work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, piece of spiced peach cake, plain bagel with smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly, No Pudge brownie, another piece of spiced peach cake, potato gnocchi with rice cheese and garlic pepper and a piece of spinach bread, No Pudge brownie (I should probably note that on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I'm at work from 9AM to 6PM, and then go straight to a night class, don't get home until 9:30-10PM those nights, so what I eat at work is lunch and dinner)
water: 64 oz! (wohoo, now if I can just keep that up...)
exercise: 20 minute walk to work with laptop bag, 20 minute walk home without laptop bag (bf carried my bag home again, I didn't get a choice in the matter
Ok, now that I've reached the 64 oz a day of water goal, next thing is to maintain that, and work on the eating more fruits and veggies, which I'm gonna try to do by eating a more varied lunch instead of just a PB&J bagel every day, any ideas for quick, portable lunches?
