Walk for 1/2 an hour afternoon during the week also walk every evening with my husband and dog for 45 mins. Do eliptical every 2nd day for 15 mins as well. I find the more I can do the more I feel better and it keeps my mind occupied instead of thinking about IBS/UC. Sue Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
