On the bright side, I did my yoga today that is great! - first time since last summer, when the super-beginner yoga program gave me a horrible D/pain attack. I once again did the super-beginner program, and it was totally a piece of cake. I'm obviously in much better shape stamina-wise, and the next time I do it (tomorrow, hopefully!), I'll go with a longer program. Right on!! Keep us posted...
