Hi, I agree with getting insolible by using the breads or muffins recipes. I have d more than c when mine hits and I do quite well with the zucchini bread recipe or the banana bread. Also something that agrees well with me is Hansen's soy smoothies the peach flavor. Their a little high in price but look for bargains you can get a 4 pack and one will last 7 days in refrig after you open it. I have a 1/4 of cup to start off at first every other day. I have the same problem some times I do well with veggies and fruits and sometimes not. Moderation...is my key.
