I must apologize for coming on too strong in my earlier post. I am afraid I wasn't much help or very supportive as I let my personal feelings get in the way. I have a very negative history with pain meds because my mother is addicted to prescription pain medication. She was in recovery until she was prescribed oxycodone about a year ago. I have very negative feelings about this whole situation and this drug. I should not have let my personal feelings come out when responding to you. I really am sorry. I know that under a doctors supervision that taking any pain med is fine and I don't think he would have prescribed it if you didn't need it.
