I have severe water retention from severe c. So I know it's horrible. Here's some things that help.
Taking a bath with 1 c. salt a week. Potassium, magnesium, bromide in the salt helps to detox the body.
Working out alot helps sheds water weight.
B6 and potassium are natural diuretics. Peppermint and anise are diuretics.
Pure cranberry is a powerful diuretic. I wish it was sold here.
350mg magnesium supplement helps. Don't take one higher than 350mg or you can get d and an upset tummy.
Lemon in hot tea helps.
Make sure your not having too much salt since too much can make you retain water.
Never take an over the counter diuretic. They can cause heart attack, dehydration, potassium deficiency, irregular heartbeat.
