Noticed your post about the DigestMore. They have worked wonders for me. I have IBS A, GERD, and a Hiatal Hernia. The doctor prescribed Aciphex for me to take for the Gerd and Hiatal Hernia but since using the DigestMore (one with each meal) I have hardly ever had to use the prescription meds. They really help a lot!
I am also taking the flax oil as it was suggested to me by several people. If you look it up you'll see it's good for soooo many things. The one I have is liquid Spectrum organic high lignan Flax Oil (high in omega 3) and find this helps also. It seems to have regulated my BM's as I had D for months then went to C and since taking these products have been going normally every day since I started taking these plus Kyo-Dophilus ( a probiotic) and also take a Bcomplex each day. I was the type who never even took a vitamin pill but since I was in such misery figured I had nothing to lose by trying these and have found out they have really helped me so much.
