I was taking sudafed with tylenol four times a day and now I'm down to once or twice a day. I have one of those BIG neti pots (holds 16 oz). It seems safe. The water goes up one nostril and out the other. It sounds strange, but if you are suffering from sinus congestion, sinus irrigation is relatively simple and painless.
