I'm considering participating in a clinical trial for Cilansetron. It is in the same class as Lotronex the drug that was pulled off the market a couple years ago due to severe side effects. Clinical trials for Cilansetron were also stopped at that time. In the original trial there was one reported case with severe side effects. Everything else I know is from the company conducting the test. I'd love to hear from anyone who has information above and beyond what is available in the press releases. Or if anyone has participated in a clinical trial before and would recommend for or against it.
