Just a note of caution here. I am a real fan of ales and tried a pint of something different before Christmas. It was luverly - more stoutish than ale...fluffy came to mind as an adjective and it tasted great. HOWEVER, I'm pretty sure that's what put me in hospital. So be careful on the stranger beers. I haven't dared tried Guiness or anything like it since. And I adore the stuff!!!
