Whole Foods Vitamins

I recently figured out that regular vitamins were contributing to my C. I went on vacation for 10 days and forgot to take my vitamins the whole time (oops) and noticed my BMs were more regular and not as difficult. So, I decided to change to a whole foods vitamin. They don't list the exact amounts of each vitamin and mineral, but they are made of real sources of the vitamins, instead of lab-made. They seem to be doing well for me. They didn't even change the color of me pee, which says a lot as that means they're going right through you. Most whole foods vitamins have a daily serving of 3 per day, but I only take one. I do really well to eat lots of vegetables and fruits, so I get most of my vitamins from my normal diet. If I notice I haven't eaten enough of something I'll take a supplement for it, like calcium.
I had been taking Spring Valley or Centrum. Now I'm taking Optimal2, by Optimal Health Systems. It's more expensive, but it doesn't mess with my BMs
