Almond flour insoluble?

I'm a bit confused about almond flour. Heather's recipe for "Sweet cherry or apricot almond cake," on her recent "Heather's IBS News" email, says the cake is "packed with insoluble fiber." It has 3/4 C of finely ground almonds, and 1/3 C white flour. But in trying to find out how much almond flour is okay to bake with, the only thing I could find as I searched the Message Board was that almond flour should only be 20% of the flour you bake with. So I am confused, as this cake seems more than 20% almond flour. I am asking because I have a gluten problem, and am trying to find which flours I can bake muffins with that are neither glutinous, nor overly insoluble. Thanks!
