Hi all,

I tried to find posts about coffee and IBS attacks, but came up empty. Am I the only addict who can't get out of bed without my hubby serving me my cuppa joe? I'm really suffering because I'm so addicted. I tried tea, but it didn't cut it. And my cramps are more intense than ever. I'm gonna have to go cold turkey on this, unless I can find an alternative. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm thinking hot cider perhaps? . . . Anyone?
