Hi - I'd consider anything with four legs to be red meat. The fat, saturated fat, and proteins in red meat are all going to be very hard on the gut with IBS (they're actually hard on the gut even if you don't have IBS).

If you can stick to skinless white meat poultry, and any kind of seafood, it will be much easier to get and stay stable.
