Acacia Senegal tannin content and migraines

I have IBS like symptoms (not diagnosed) and really appreciate your site. I have been eating only soluable fiber foods for 3 weeks or so to calm things down. I also have migraines, although getting my gut under control has helped a lot. I am migraine-sensitive to tannins, but I see Acacia Senegal is very low in tannin content. http://www.hindawi.com/journals/ac/2014/192708/tab3/ Would you still recommend I try the Acacia soluable fiber supplement? I have tried the psyllium and cellulose for only one day each and had a lot of bloating, and cannot do wheat based fiber supplements. I do tend to have bloating though, so I may not be able to use the psyllium at all. Thanks!
