If you are looking for a supplement that is known to have minimal if any bloating due to gas try any product that contains polycarbophil such as Fibercon.

Since you say you can handle a considerable amount of insoluble fiber then you could give psyllium a try since is is 1/3 insoluble fiber and 2/3 soluble fiber.
