So I noticed, when I drink beer, 1-3 is ok, anymore and I get very bad bloating for a long time.
Vodka mixed with a safe juice, I might get a headache at some point, but my stomach handles it much better.
The main subject here is wine. When I have had wine, be it white or red, sweet or dry, I seem to handle that best.
I wanted to ask if this is the case for most of you. Do you find wine the safest, and if so why? Further, which kind is best, or are all the same? Is white better than red, dry over sweet, or does it not matter?
