citrucel tablets.. so confusing!       01/10/04 10:35 AM Edit Reply Quote Ang Reged: 09/22/03 Posts: 44 I am going to take a week long trip to Mexico soon and am thinking of switching from Citrucel powder to the caplets. It'll be a lot easier to take my fiber! What I usually have now is 3/4 of scoop before breakfast and the same before supper. So how many caplets do I need?? The directions on the box have really confused me! So do I take 2 caplets in the morning and 2 at night? Or am I way off? Thanks for the help! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
