I was looking at the list of do's and don'ts, and wondered about the reasoning behind coconut being a no-no, but avocado, not.

It must not be because of the fat content, because they are conquerable with both being composed of about 60% fat.

It also occurred to me that coconut is very alkalinizing, same as avocado............so..............I'm baffled.

Why one, and not the other?
