several questions,I guess. If less than 25% of cal. from fat is what you do to follow the ibs diet,why are so many people talking about how great jennio is and that they eat that,or soy cheese,toffuti sour creme cheese,the fat content is more than %25 of fat. calories,I wondered if they realized this..

Am I not getting something,is there a NON redmeat that is less than %25 cal. from fat? a ground turkey I can use for tacos or dishes like that? if so wat is a common brand at wal mart or a grocery store?

or am I wrong and u can eat jennio,soy cheese,soy sour creme,wat about the dairy free chocolate chips? ghiradell is all natural, but 70 calories and 40% from fat is wrong for ibs?

Am I mistaken or is one really high fat item ok to add in a recipe and doesn't matter?
