I have recently been having some episodes and have considered taking it again. I guess in my head I feel like if I do that, I am admitting defeat, I am trying to conquer this IBS. Like I should never have another episdoe because I have given up every single food that I enjoy, so that should be enough to end this forever. But, rather than take a whole day and feeling miserable, I should just take the Immodium.
