Re: smoking       01/02/04 03:18 PM Edit Reply Quote Shellsbells Reged: 12/16/03 Posts: 218 Loc: NW England, UK I've never smoked (yuk!) but I have noticed that my IBS always seems to get worse if I spend any length of time in a smoky atmosphere. Of course, this could just be coincidence, but I have heard people say that their first cigarette of the day makes them go to the toilet, so perhaps it does have a direct effect. Oh, just give up - think of all the money you'll save and all the people around you who will be relieved at not having to breathe in your smoke (they don't have a choice, do they?) Oh, no.
