If you read the label there is a OCEAN spray brand that is sweetened but has no other JUICES in there but Cranberry, filtered water . Its not the unsweeteed one either that one is quite bitter. You have to read the lable I cant remeber which one it was and there website isnt giving me the ingredients. I was ok with the one I am reffering to.. I would have small glasses with other food and it was ok -------------------- IBS C Mostly .. More stable than ever Since being on the IBS diet! I THANK GOD FOR THIS BOARD!
