I made ground chicken burgers and added ketchup brown sugar salt and pepper and seriously...no one could tell the diff.I also made meatloaf with ground chicken and it was just as good. I could eat chicken pretty much everyday but my family really gets sick of it to the point where my 6 YO says..."chicken again mom?" I would love to eat more non meat dishes but I find the variety on that very slim. -------------------- IBS-D since 1999...mostly stable..i do cheat too.Bad me.
