Question About the (U) D Kosher Symbol on Foods       04/29/09 04:21 PM Edit Reply Quote Naturapanic Reged: 02/16/06 Posts: 856 I've noticed when I have gone to buy food...some products have the (U) symbol....others have the (U) D symbol. For instance...the Heart Smart bisquick has this sumbol...which confuses me. The ingredients list NO dairy...there is a statement which claims the products has wheat ingredients...but nothing on dairy. My quetion...does this mean the product is safe to eat? It is very confusing when no dairy ingredients are mentioned by the (U) D symbol is on the front.
