New Coconut Milk Products from Turtle Mountain       04/23/09 10:30 AM Edit Reply Quote Tropical Twist Reged: 04/23/09 Posts: 1 Has anyone tried the new coconut milk ice cream, yogurt or new coconut milk beverage from the Turtle Mountain company? I know coconut (other than organic, virgin coconut oil) is a no no for IBS suffers but their products have no cholestrol and are low in fat and saturated fat. I wanted to try it but am hesitant since I have IBS-D. Also, I have been getting great results with the luna bars even though they have inulin. I also am taking goat milk yogurt too which also seems to be helping. They have regulated me and I didn't have symptoms for two weeks. I took my first immodium today in about two and half weeks since I decided to take an herb called silica (Horsetail)which is for teeth, hair and nails. It gave green D. Yuck.
