He gave me a cream for the hemmorhoids (I asked for it!) and told me to take fibercon (I'm taking Benefiber cause it works for me!)
He didn't specify which meds caused it. I'm on his whole regimen of meds.......he likes to dole em' out. I'm on clarinex and singulair for allergies, flonase (a steroid nasal spray) and Astelin (another nasal spray...I was on Afrin too), Amoxicillin, pulmicort 4 puffs twice a day (I'm not taking it at the moment because my asthma seems under control and those meds are dangerous!), and that's it.
He didn't mention much about diet either. No spicy foods, no alcohol and no caffeine (I don't do any of the above anyway!) I did some research on my own....turns out you aren't supposed to eat heavy foods either!
He didn't mention anything about reducing stress. Any ideas? I did do Mike's hypno tapes a while back.....I'll have to ask ShawnEric if I can start them again! In the meantime...any ideas would be great!
